This multifaceted role involves IT support primarily for maintaining our insurance policy administration systems together with general IT maintenance of Microsoft Windows computers, servers and equipment. Knowledge of accounting is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and apply excellent IT knowledge in order to support and drive our insurance policy administration systems, and ensure requirements are consistently met within deliveries.
Develop and retain a high level of understanding of business and IT systems requirements to enable appropriate support and guidance to be given to teams.
General IT equipment maintenance of our team.
Generating and reviewing insurance premium reports.
Essential Skillset/Experience:
Experience or understanding of Microsoft Windows and SQL.
Experience working with Cyber Security.
Keen attention to detail, demonstrable enthusiasm and professional growth.

Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines - cLOSED

The Accounts Assistant will be working under the Premium Accounting Supervisor and will primarily be responsible for working with businesses, Insurers and Clients to ensure that premiums are settled in accordance with our procedures.
